Overview

Clinical Service Manager | Location: St Neots | Salary: £54,512 - £57,919 per annum

Full Time 40 hours per week – participation in the on-call rota with occasional weekends as required. The Marbrook Centre is a neurorehabilitation and complex nursing home with a 28-bed rehabilitation unit, operating from a high-end, purpose-built facility for residents with life-changing events or long-term neuro-related conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the 28-bed rehabilitation unit and provide support to the General Manager.
  • Line-manage, coach, and supervise the allocated staff team; develop and engage the service provision through a collaborative management approach.
  • Maintain hands-on clinical involvement while being supernumerary to staff ratios to ensure up-to-date hands-on care.
  • Utilise emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and a methodical, structured, solution-focused approach to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to decisions that support the organisation’s strategic objectives and ensure empowering resident care.
  • Be systematic and administratively/IT efficient; work effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
