A leading healthcare provider in London is looking for a clinical research nurse to join their team. The role involves administering anti-cancer therapies, managing patient care pathways, and conducting clinical trials. Ideal candidates will have experience with chemotherapy and a passion for research. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced chemotherapy nurses.
This is an exciting role which will offer candidates the opportunity to continue to work in a clinical environment whilst also developing their research skills. The post holder will be part of a multidisciplinary team including experienced clinical and research staff, taking part in a wide range of clinical research studies. The role responsibilities will include the delivery and administration of systemic anti-cancer therapies and investigational research treatments, whilst collaborating with the research teams to ensure studies are conducted to the highest ethical and safety standards.
The roles are patient facing and the successful applicants will be able to make a valued contribution in assessing and managing the care pathways for patients participating in research. Prior experience of administering chemotherapy and other anti-cancer therapies is essential. Experience of working in a research environment is desirable but we will offer candidates a comprehensive training program, therefore encourage applications from experienced chemotherapy nurses with a passion to work in research.
