Qualifications

  • Support management of chronic diseases and medicines optimisation.
  • Provide education and training to clinicians and staff on medicines use.

Strong IT skills including clinical systems

Commitment to patient-centred care and equality

Education

Masters Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm or equivalent)
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Enrolled in or completed the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP)
