Job description

The Non-Formula Prior Authorization Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for adjudicating requests for Non-Formulary (NF) and Prior Authorization (PA) medications. This individual is required to exercise an advanced level of leadership, communication, organization skill, independent judgement, and problem-solving ability. The Clinical Pharmacist works under the supervision of the Associate Chief of Clinical Pharmacy but will have interactions with every section in pharmacy service.
