A leading healthcare trust in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to enhance the Faster Diagnosis Service. The position involves assessing patients with suspected cancer symptoms and expediting their diagnosis. The ideal candidate will coordinate patient pathways and support individuals through the diagnostic process. We are looking to recruit a band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our Faster Diagnosis Service at the Liverpool University Hospital Group.
The CNS will provide a service assessing people with suspected cancer symptoms and expediting diagnosis within 28 days. This includes delivering an earlier and faster diagnosis and supporting patients through the diagnostic process.
We seek a committed professional to work closely with the established team and collaborate with other agencies to develop our current and future service models.
