A leading aged care provider in England is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager for a full-time fixed-term role to cover parental leave until October 2026. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our team at our Madeley site on a Fixed Term Full-Time basis to cover Parental Leave until October 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate nursing leader to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Brightwater Madeley has 110 private rooms that span across six interlinking houses. There is also an onsite café.
As CNM, you will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater’s Clinical Governance Framework. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, promoting holistic, client‑focused care that reflects our mission and values.
