A healthcare provider in the UK is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Nurse to become the Ward Manager for infectious diseases. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to provide exceptional patient-centered care. Candidates should be registered nurses with a degree, recent team management experience, and expertise in infectious diseases. This full-time permanent position offers a salary between £53,751 and £60,651 annually, along with opportunities for professional development.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated senior nurse to join Medicine, Emergency and Therapies Division as a band 7 Ward Manager covering our infectious disease ward and running a high consequences infectious diseases department in line HCID requirements.
This position seeks a Senior Nurse with a significant qualification experience to practice autonomously and in collaboration with the team within the infectious diseases service. The post holder will be required to strike an effective balance between management and clinic responsibilities.
You will need to be an innovative individual who possesses excellent communication skills including a non-judgemental attitude. Excellent organisational and leadership skills in addition to possessing the ability to work cohesively within a multi-disciplinary team which is essential.
