Qualifications

• Solicitor with ideally 0-5 years PQE, approaching qualification this year will be considered.
• Technically strong and enthusiastic about complex cases.
• Experience or interest in clinical negligence, personal injury or litigation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of high-value defendant clinical negligence files.
• Draft legal documents, conduct face-to-face negotiations and mediate claims.
• Prepare cases for court and adhere to court deadlines.
• Act for a variety of clients including local and national NHS Trusts.
• Work within a friendly and supportive team on a challenging but fulfilling caseload.
