Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol, £65,000+ (DOE) – We’re looking for a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a dedicated team and play a key role in helping clients navigate some of the most challenging experiences they will face.

THE ROLE

• Manage your own caseload, including litigated matters, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Assist more senior members of the team on complex, high-value claims spanning a wide range of medical disciplines.
• Provide accurate, empathetic, and clear legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
• Collaborate across the firm to deliver an exceptional, seamless client experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE, ideally with Claimant-side experience.
• A proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated claims.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in taking instructions and giving sound legal advice.
• Experience assisting senior solicitors with complex, high-value cases.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
