A leading national law firm with a strong reputation across the UK is seeking a confident and capable Clinical Negligence Solicitor (minimum 5 years’ PQE, Grade A) to join its highly regarded Clinical Negligence team in either Manchester or Liverpool.

This role offers excellent flexibility and hybrid working options, ensuring a genuine focus on work–life balance.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE (Grade A)
  • Proven track record in managing medical negligence matters
  • Strong litigation skills with experience handling complex and high-value cases
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

The successful candidate will take ownership of their own portfolio of litigated and often complex clinical negligence claims, including cases involving obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric care.

Alongside your own caseload, you will work closely with a highly experienced Partner on high-value matters, gaining valuable exposure and guidance.
