A leading health organization in Greater London is seeking a Clinical Lead to provide outstanding care in an unscheduled environment. The successful candidate will play a key role alongside a multi-disciplinary team, managing care for patients with minor injuries and developing staff in a focused clinical setting. Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) passionate about working in an unscheduled care environment?
We are wishing to recruit a senior ACP for our standalone Soho Walk‑In Centre which delivers high quality care for both adults and children over two years old.
You should have a high level of experience in assessing and managing minor injuries and illnesses with all patients over the age of 2 years old.
We provide an educationally focused environment in which to grow and develop staffs’ skills and knowledge, through work-based education, and training and support from our Leads.
Working in a clinical leadership role as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ensure that our patients receive an exceptional level of care.
You will be part of the leadership team, which consists of ACP Clinical Leads, Clinical Operational Manager and Practice Educator.
The successful candidate will be an autonomous, experienced practitioner who enjoys teaching and supporting practitioners in the assessment and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries for both adults and children whilst running the service; managing staffing recruitment, service developments, incidents for example.
