We're looking for an experienced Clinical Lead RNLD / RGN to oversee three supported‑living packages for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in the Bedford area. One of these services involves individuals with highly complex, high‑risk behaviours, requiring confident clinical leadership and strong multi‑agency collaboration.

As the Clinical Lead RNLD / RGN, you'll set the clinical direction, ensure safe, person‑centred delivery, and act as the key professional link between ICBs, commissioners, CHC teams and local partners—ensuring each individual receives the right care at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, review, and stabilise supported‑living packages for adults with LD and Autism.
  • Complete holistic assessments and develop PBS‑led, outcome‑focused care plans.
  • Define escalation and crisis management pathways, ensuring effective risk reduction.
  • Supervise and mentor field teams, promoting reflective practice and clinical accountability.
  • Manage governance processes—safeguarding, incidents, audits, and CQC readiness.
About You

You'll be an NMC‑registered Clinical Lead RNLD / RGN with at least two years' post‑registration experience and a background in supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. You'll demonstrate strong PBS, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in working alongside ICBs and CHC teams.

Package
  • £45,000-£50,000 DOE
  • 33 days' annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Private pension, company phone & laptop
  • Ongoing professional development and clinical leadership training
