The home offers round‑time care and we are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead ( Registered Nurse ) to come and join the friendly care home team. As the Clinical Deputy Lead ( Registered Nurse) you will be making sure the level of clinical care provided goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising / coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
