A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Band 6 Registered Nurse for the Hospital at Home service in Ellesmere Port. This permanent position involves delivering urgent community response and virtual ward care. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking to recruit a Band 6 Registered Nurse for the Hospital at Home service, providing urgent community response and virtual ward care to West Cheshire residents in their own home. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team including GP, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, nurses, therapists, pharmacists and clerical officers.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self‑motivated and provides confident support and leadership and coaching to clients and clinicians. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in partnership with clients and their families/carers and, when necessary, act to safeguard individuals who are at risk from harm and abuse.
This is a permanent post working 30 hours per week across a 7‑day service, between 8am and 8pm.
