In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Responsibilities
  • Ensure the level of clinical care goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver a service that is empathetic and resident-focused.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and understand your professional standards as set by the NMC.
  • Have a passion to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal and written) and model professional behaviours.
  • Advocate for and deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families.
  • Safeguarding: recognize signs of abuse, harm or neglect, know what to do if concerns arise, attend safeguarding training, and escalate when appropriate.
