As a Clinical Lead, you will:

  • Direct and support staff in creating and maintaining person-centred Care Plans and Risk Assessments.
  • Ensure Care Plans are followed and regularly evaluated.
  • Support new staff during their induction.
  • Act as a clinical and professional role model, assessing and supporting students and learners on placement.
