Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Fellow to support our Inpatient team, primarily undertaking hospice admissions/follow-ups and urgent assessments of patients on the In-patient unit.

Role and responsibilities

• Support and provide cross cover across the medical team, assessing and managing patients admitted to the hospice, with a holistic multi-professional team approach.
• Join a supportive medical team with a clinical supervisor and access to CPD and teaching opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong communication and people skills, working in partnership with the multi-professional team and ensuring every patient and their needs are at the centre.
