Salary: up to £65,000 per annum

Location: South West London

Qualification: RGN (Active nursing pin & good general nursing skills)

Hours: 40 hours per week (predominantly supernumerary)

About the Role

This welcoming home offers high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care for elderly residents. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role, supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring clinical excellence, and promoting a compassionate, person-centred culture.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a passionate and experienced nurse leader who can inspire and support a dedicated care team. You'll have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care for older people.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pin
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead in an elderly nursing home (or equivalent leadership experience within a hospital or community setting with exposure to elderly care)
• Strong background in elderly and dementia care
• A proactive and supportive management style

Interview Process

This role involves a two-stage interview process:

1. Initial interview with the Home Manager
2. Final interview with the Home Manager and Operations Manager

Location

The home is based near South West London area and is easily commutable from Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, Walton on Thames, Oxshott, Wimbledon, Woking, Staines-upon-Thames and Redhill
