Overview

Clinical Deputy Manager - Nursing Home in Kidderminster. Full-Time | Permanent. £24.50 per hour. RGN or RMN. Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursing home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RGN (or an RMN with strong clinical skills) who has either worked as a Deputy Manager or is a confident Clinical Lead ready to step up.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
  • Lead and inspire the nursing and care team.
  • Ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered.
  • Help maintain a warm, safe, and person-centred environment for residents.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN ideally; RMN considered).
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or strong Clinical Lead in a nursing home setting.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting your team.
