As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the overall management and coordination of clinical care, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered to all residents. This will involve managing a team of nurses and care staff, overseeing clinical processes and procedures, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote the wellbeing and independence of the residents. The role requires 48 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday with some occasional weekend work.
