Founded in 1998, this family-run organisation operates multiple care homes across Kent and Medway, working closely with the NHS and local councils to deliver high-quality residential, dementia, and nursing care.

  • Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (or 8am–4pm)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act asClinical Deputy Manager, providing clinical leadership and operational support
  • Mentor and developnursesand care staff, promoting best practice
  • Oversee audits, compliance, and care planning in line with CQC standards
  • Support clinical governance and quality assurance initiatives
  • Participate in the on-call rota and strategic planning
About You
  • Qualified Nurse with active NMC Pin (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
  • Previous experience in a care home nursing role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and evidence-based care
