A regional health authority in the UK is seeking a Clinical Associate in Psychology to enhance staff wellbeing. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessments and support staff development. Are you passionate about improving staff wellbeing and bringing psychological expertise into workplace health? We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Associate in Psychology (CAP) to join our Occupational Health team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.
As a CAP, you will work as a semi-autonomous practitioner within a defined scope of practice, under the direct supervision of our HCPCregistered Workplace Clinical Psychologist. This is a unique opportunity to provide a specialist mental health service for our staff, supporting individuals and teams through evidence-based interventions, consultation, training and service development.
