Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom-based training for Nurses, Physicians, and other HCPs.
• Formulate innovative methods of delivering education to customers.
• Attend exhibitions to promote product awareness.

The Clinical Education Specialist role is the main proponent for the promotion, training, and support of the CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) product range for this company.

Responsibilities of the role

• You must be available to perform on-site clinical support during the trial phase of equipment involving all shifts as well as installation of equipment. (They will facilitate on-site theoretical / clinical study-days pre / post-purchase).
• These class-room based training sessions will have a diverse audience of Nurses, Physicians and other HCPs. In addition, other customers outside of the UK will include distributors.
• Field-based position of support, education, and promotion as described above.
• Attending relevant exhibitions to promote product awareness and generate leads / sales as required.
• Working with existing team member(s), formulate innovative methods of delivering education and support to existing customer base, including any new customers

Do you have the following

• Are you a Registered Nurse with ITU experience (minimum 24 months)
• Working knowledge of CRRT
• Experience in teaching / supporting in a class-room based and clinical environment
• Educated with a degree in nursing and ideally further educational training
• Strong interpersonal skills.
