Job Description

To provide a variety of specialized services that require interaction with patients, visitors, and other members of the patient care team. To greet and escort patients from waiting area to treatment rooms and performs required medical testing (i.e. vital signs, obtain urine specimens, height/weight etc.) as directed by either physician, RN, LPN or pre-designated protocol. May prepare and collect charge tickets. To answer and document patient phone calls regarding medical questions, test results and medication while in constant contact with attending physician RN/LPN. To perform a variety of duties requiring use of independent judgment and decision making skills within well-established parameters. To ensure patient rooms and instruments are clean and stocked with required supplies. To order and maintain clinic supplies. To perform pre-load responsibilities based on clinic need.

Required Experience

High School diploma or equivalent. One year experience in a medical setting. CPR certification.
