A leading healthcare provider is seeking individuals for clinic administration roles focused on managing appointment alterations and schedules. This position is crucial for optimizing clinic operations and improving patient flow within a major NHS Trust, allowing staff to contribute to diverse healthcare initiatives.
Completing Clinic Alteration Forms (CAF) as requested by secretaries and divisions.
Cancelling and suspending clinics, then passing the details to admin supports so patients can be rebooked or added to partial booking waiting lists.
Keeping the division updated on patients being booked near the 52-week breach date target.
Working with admin supports to ensure all new and follow-up slots are filled, as unutilized slots result in lost revenue for the Trust.
Keeping booking rules up to date.
Supporting other specialties within the same roles.
