We are a thriving medical podiatry practise located in South Norwood, specialising in lower limb rehab, musculoskeletal pain, and injury recovery. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive environment for our staff.

Position: Clinic Administrator

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: Just a 4-minute walk from honour Oak Park train station! 🚉

Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a meticulous, organised, and confident Administrator who can also support our businesses initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in healthcare administration (e.g., podiatry, physiotherapy, osteopathy, dentistry) and a keen interest in promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups via phone and email 📞✉️
  • Maintain accurate records and manage electronic filing systems
  • Perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Support clinicians and ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Create engaging marketing content and assist with campaigns (including Facebook ads)
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote our services
  • Work across multiple software platforms while maintaining confidentiality
