Location: Braintree, Essex, CM7 9HB
Salary: Up to £45,498 per annum pro rata
Job Type: Part time, Fixed term for 1 year

Managing the delivery of a variety of projects to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions from our buildings and fleet, tackle the challenges of climate change mitigation and adaptation, develop the green economy and improve the conservation of natural capital.
Working with colleagues and external partners, you will be joining an organisation that has a track record in delivering green energy and biodiversity projects and will play a key part in building on this to help the Council achieve its environmental targets and achieve our goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2030, supporting with actions and projects to tackle Climate Change districtwide.
As our Climate Change Project Manager, you will monitor, collate and analyse data, report on performance against environmental targets and help communicate progress and success on climate change to internal and external stakeholders.
