A global investment firm is seeking a Client Transition Analyst in London. The role involves supporting client transitions, ensuring compliance, and managing operational risks effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating account setups, executing asset transfers, and liaising with various teams to deliver seamless service. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of investment operations, and experience with risk management. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and excellent communication skills are essential.
The Client Transition Analyst ("CTA") are members of the Client Transition Services Group (CTS) and are responsible for supporting the operational aspects of various client transition events including new mandate fundings, terminations, all asset‑in‑kind flows and product / portfolio changes, in addition to supporting transition events, asset transfers, and portfolio restructures requested by internal investment teams and portfolio managers. The position places strong emphasis on operational risk management and control environment. The CTA will work closely with the global relationship teams, investment teams, and numerous other operational functional areas of the firm to ensure a consistent service model in transitioning client assets and to mitigate risk during the transition event process. A substantial amount of time will be devoted to external communication with custodian banks, internal investment teams, third‑party accounting agents, outsourcing providers, vendors, transition managers, and clients.
The CTAs play a key role in enabling seamless client onboarding and transition by handling operational tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of risk control throughout the process.
