BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for Client Services Manager in our Habilitation Office, based in Lancaster, PA, providing services to clients with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior stakeholder experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain established client base and foster strategic and perpetual growth through outreach and professional networking
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations, fostering active and open communication with professionalism, clarity, and sincerity, including solicitation of feedback and promotion of healthy conflict resolution as needed
  • Collaborate with team members responsible for recruitment and onboarding of field staff responsible for direct support of clients with proactivity to meet evolving needs of established and prospective clients
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and address any matters of concern with sensitivity, professionalism, and timeliness
  • Collaborate with colleagues in managing field staff team supervision and development opportunities in support of the organization's mission and goals
  • Contribute to sustainability of services through effective and efficient coordination of services and administrative responsibilities, with monitoring of metrics to ensure integrity of service delivery within fiscal management parameters and framework
  • Maintain field staff files in compliance with all applicable regulatory and organizational requirements and guidelines
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities on a daily basis with focus on capacity-building and leadership development to promote and sustain program growth
Qualifications for a Client Services Manager
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Prior health care office and/or direct support experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Demonstrated record of successfully managing increased responsibility (goal achievement)
  • Ambition to grow and advance professionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and generally required professional computer skills a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
