As Client Service Director, you’ll be a senior leader responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, particularly within the consumer electronics and retail sectors. You’ll act as a trusted advisor at senior retail levels, driving strategic growth and ensuring exceptional delivery across all touchpoints. You’ll lead a team of Account Directors and Managers, develop strategic plans, and identify new business opportunities to expand CPM’s client portfolio. You’ll also be a key contributor to the Senior Leadership Team, helping shape the future of our people, clients, and services.
