Qualifications

• Proficient in managing various core claim types.
• Experience handling motor and casualty claims.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse client management information (MI).
• Ensure timely delivery of client MI and reports.
• Provide outstanding service to clients and lead claims review meetings.
• Support Client Account Manager with forecasting and process improvements.
