Are you looking for the chance to build a career at a leading Corporate risk advisor and insurance broker? Then we have a great opportunity for you.

Aon is currently recruiting for a Client Service Advisor to join our team in Leeds Embankment office. This role is a hybrid role – with a mix of office and home-based working. The Client Service Advisor is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of service to our clients, working closely with Client Managers, Client Directors and specialist teams to provide a high-quality, efficient and professional service across all aspects of the client lifecycle.

Aon is in the business of better decisions

At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

As a Client Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality day-to-day service to a portfolio of Corporate clients, working closely with Client Managers and Client Directors.
  • Preparing and processing documentation across the client lifecycle, including quotations, renewals, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client queries, issues and requests, escalating where appropriate and ensuring these are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and policy records in Aon’s systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and quality standards.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key client contacts, insurers and internal stakeholders, acting as a reliable day-to-day point of contact.
  • Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and policies, including completion of all mandatory training and active participation in the management of risks that may affect the business, interests or reputation of any Aon Group company.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Experience in an insurance, broking, or client service role (commercial or corporate experience is advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships and handle queries in a professional, solutions-focused way.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal – with the confidence to interact with clients, insurers and internal colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, able to prioritise workload, manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A good understanding of the insurance market and core commercial insurance products, or a strong desire and aptitude to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using internal systems and technology.
  • Progress towards professional qualifications (such as CII) is desirable, and support will be provided to continue your development.
What’s in it for you
  • The opportunity to build a rewarding career in Corporate insurance and risk advisory, with exposure to complex and interesting clients.
  • A vibrant, supportive team culture where your contribution is valued and your development is encouraged.
  • Access to learning and development opportunities.
  • The chance to work in a hybrid environment that supports work/life balance and wellbeing.
  • The platform to develop your technical expertise and client skills including support for professional qualifications, and to progress within Aon.
