Our client, a globally leading asset manager, is looking to recruit a Client & Sales Associate to support the firm’s distribution efforts across the institutional and wholesale channels.
The Client & Sales Associate will be responsible for the following:
- Assist Sales Managers in coordinating and producing high-quality presentations for new business pitches and research meetings.
- Be the main point of contact for inbound queries from clients & prospects, ensuring to respond and follow up promptly.
- Ensure that all new agreements/updates are completed promptly.
- Source sales support and client service documents (e.g. factsheets, RFPs, presentations, reports) from relevant internal teams.
- Update Salesforce to log client and prospect information.
The Client & Sales Associate will require the following skill set:
- Strong experience working within a similar Sales Support/Client Service/Investor Relations role within asset management.
- Understanding of institutional and/or wholesale market.
- IMC qualified or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be beneficial.
