Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships, working closely with partners and client teams to drive satisfaction, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Provide hands‑on, best‑practice guidance to partners, associates, and business development teams.
  • Lead and deliver strategic projects that support the firm’s client development programmes.
  • Collaborate with Client Relationship Partners to create and execute robust account strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and firm priorities.
  • Monitor and report on performance against financial and non‑financial KPIs, sharing insights to inform planning and opportunity development.
  • Support client teams in preparing for and following up on relationship meetings, ensuring client listening protocols are followed and feedback is acted upon.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through market and client analysis, supporting the bid process and post‑bid follow‑up.
  • Design and deliver strategic client projects in partnership with the Head of Client Development and the wider team.
Person Specification
  • Graduate calibre with proven business development experience in a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships and managing client or business development projects.
  • Confident, pragmatic, and highly organised, with a track record of delivering to a consistently high standard.
  • A supportive and committed team player, willing to use initiative and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled analyst, able to combine data and insights to inform commercial decisions.
