Mattioli Woods is seeking a motivated IFA Administrator to ensure seamless, accurate, and timely processing of client transactions while delivering exceptional support to our advisers and clients.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working within an IFA practice or provider environment
  • Understanding of pension and investment products
  • Experience with IO systems desirable

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional telephone manner

What You'll Be Doing:

Client & Transaction Management:

  • Manage your workload using a personal diary system to consistently meet deadlines
  • Handle client and consultant queries professionally via phone and email
  • Process complex transactions including Transfers, Top Ups, Withdrawals, Contributions, Fund Switches, Bed & ISA, and Protection transactions with accuracy and efficiency

Administrative Excellence:

  • Manage new business post and maintain comprehensive client records on back-office systems
  • Support internal compliance procedures and meet third-party provider requirements
  • Cover receptionist duties including post handling, answering phones, greeting clients, and liaising with suppliers
