Qualifications

• Background in property maintenance, residential/commercial refurbishments, or construction.
• Strong understanding of quoting to project delivery.
• Confident in managing project costs and quoting for works.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients through engagement and networking.
• Write and issue clear, itemised, step-by-step quotes.
• Schedule jobs ensuring correct trade and availability.
• Act as single point of contact for clients throughout the job lifecycle.
• Ensure jobs are invoiced within 24 hours of completion.
