Overview

Client Project Manager — Location: Tredegar, South Wales (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week). Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Are you a skilled Account Manager with a passion for client success and technical project delivery? We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to join a growing team, supporting the integration of new clients in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a newly created position due to the ongoing growth of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and integration of new clients, managing timelines and expectations
  • Set up contracts and coordinate internal resources to meet client requirements
  • Act as the central communication point between customers and technical, commercial, and operational teams
  • Track project delivery milestones and ensure alignment with client goals
  • Influence and collaborate with onsite teams to support customer visits and relationship building
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director and Head of Sales
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in client management and project delivery (minimum 4 years)
  • Background in pharma, food, chemical, or nutraceutical supplements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage expectations and influence cross-functional teams without direct line management
  • Comfortable working onsite in Tredegar at least 2 days per week - this is required to meet with new clients onsite and build strong relationships with the onsite teams
