This role involves managing client files, coordinating documentation, and providing day-to-day administrative support. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation for newly onboarded clients.
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes.
  • Update and maintain client files accurately.
  • Manage shared inboxes and schedule diaries.
  • Support billing activities including invoice administration.
  • Monitor office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Oversee filing and document management system.
  • Handle incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Assist in filing and distribution of documents.
  • Produce formatted letters and reports.
  • Support statutory filings to Companies House and HMRC.
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues.
  • Welcome visitors and coordinate client interactions.
