Job Description

The role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all internal and external customers visiting the corporate facilities, ensuring that every activity delivered is of the highest standard. The successful candidate will take ownership of reception and meeting room areas, ensuring company guidelines are always followed, H&S compliance is maintained, and fostering positive cooperation with other service partners. They will provide a warm and professional welcome, ensuring a 5-star client journey at all times.

Hours: 40 hours (Operational hours 7 am - 7 pm, shift work)

Qualifications

We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. The candidate must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients. They should have strong organisational and communication skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to a range of tasks. Flexibility is essential, as they will be the go-to person for client needs.
