Job Title: Client Care Administrator

Salary: £25,646.40 per annum

Location: Calder Vets, Brighouse

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Shifts: Evening shifts with 1 in 4 weekends ( Saturday 1.30-5.30 at Brighouse & Sunday 8-6 at Dewsbury)

We are searching for a passionate individual to join our wonderful Client Care team at Calder Vets, Brighouse.

Our front-of-house team is the face and voice of our business, making this role exceptionally valued.

In this position, you will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients and patients receive the highest standard of service and care.

Roles and Responsibilities

The duties will involve, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
  • Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
  • Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
  • Pro‑active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
  • Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
  • Processing prescription requests.
  • Taking payments.
  • Promoting offers and services.
  • Ensuring that reception is clean and well‑stocked.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Must have previous customer‑facing experience.
  • Strong administration and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confident using the telephone.
  • Reception or Client Care experience is desirable.
  • Have a passion and love for animals!
