Responsibilities
- Managing and administering a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients, acting as a central point of contact for clients to ensure their benefits are administered efficiently.
- Supporting consultants in delivering tailored solutions and providing high-quality administrative and consultative support.
- Attending client meetings where required and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Planning, prioritising, and organising workload to meet agreed service standards.
- Building effective working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.

- Experience in an employee benefits-related role.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
