Overview

Client Administrator - Employee Benefits Leicester (hybrid working - office attendance as required) Full-time | permanent

Responsibilities
  • Managing and administering a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients, acting as a central point of contact for clients to ensure their benefits are administered efficiently.
  • Supporting consultants in delivering tailored solutions and providing high-quality administrative and consultative support.
  • Attending client meetings where required and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Planning, prioritising, and organising workload to meet agreed service standards.
  • Building effective working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
