Job Description
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client financial accounts in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for property portfolios.
  • Process payments, receipts, and reconciliations efficiently.
  • Generate detailed financial reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all client funds are handled in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Liaise with clients to address financial queries and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with property managers to ensure cohesive financial management.
  • Support the year-end audit process and provide necessary documentation.
The Successful Applicant
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
  • Previous experience using QUBE is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of property industry financial practices.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
