About Our Client

Job Description


  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of financial records across client property portfolios.

  • Produce financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing clients with meaningful financial insights.

  • Assist with year-end audits by ensuring adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.

  • Prepare, review, and reconcile service charge budgets and actual expenditures to maintain transparency and accuracy.

  • Collaborate closely with property managers to oversee service charge spending and address related inquiries.

  • Ensure service charge payments are collected and allocated in a timely manner.

  • Manage rental income processing, monitor arrears, and support credit control activities to reduce outstanding balances.

  • Accurately reflect lease terms in financial systems, including rent reviews and scheduled escalations.

  • Communicate with tenants and property managers to resolve rent-related matters efficiently.

  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and consultants as needed.

  • Ensure all financial activities align with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and client expectations.

  • Maintain precise records to support VAT filings, tax submissions, and audit processes.


The Successful Applicant


  • Previous experience in a client or property accounting role.

  • Strong understanding of property accounting principles.

  • Experience working on service charge reconciliations.

  • Exposure to relevant property accounting systems; MRI, Horizon, QUBE.

  • Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise with relevant clients.
