Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in construction or project management.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to clients and less experienced team members.
• Knowledge of compliance with Building Regulations and other standards.

Responsibilities

• Review design and specifications for compliance.
• Inspect construction work regularly on site.
• Prepare and issue reports following site inspections.

Technical knowledge of CDM Regulations

Clear written reports in English
