A recruitment firm is seeking a full-time site monitor to ensure construction work compliance and quality control. The role involves inspecting contractors' performances, conducting site visits, and maintaining records for major refurbishment and new build projects. You will work on-site and collaborate with project teams to mitigate risks and adhere to safety standards. The position requires strong communication skills and compliance knowledge. To check and monitor construction work carried out on behalf of the council, ensuring quality control and that the completed work is compliant with the specified standards, and is carried out in accordance with appropriate legislation, professional standards, and the council’s policies and procedures.
At present they would need to be either in the office or on site 5 days per week.
To undertake site monitoring duties for major refurbishment and/or new build construction projects across the Client's operational, service, housing, and investment properties.
