Overview

About us: Cleaning Services provide Cleaning across all 3 UWE Campuses, Frenchay, Bower Ashton, and Glenside. The role of a Cleaner at UWE is a varied role with no 2 days being the same which is what makes this role so desirable, from Day 1 you will be made to feel part of the team.

About you:

We have 7 cleaning vacancies across all 3 UWE Campuses working 15 hours per week. The roles centre on the vital importance of a clean and well cared for University. Roles available will include being responsible for the day to day cleaning across a wide variety of areas across the University including offices, classrooms, lecture theatres and rest room areas.

Shifts and locations
  • Bower Ashton Campus: 6am-9am, Mon-Fri, All year
  • Glenside Campus: 6am-9am, Mon-Fri, All year
  • Frenchay Campus: 6am-9am, Mon-Fri, All year, and TTO; 4pm-7pm, Mon-Fri, TTO
Recruitment event

Recruitment Event: Applicants can apply online or attend the recruitment event at Frenchay campus on the 1/10/25, between 9 am to 12 in the noon.

Report to the business school on arrival. If car parking is required, please email: clive.davis@uwe.ac.uk at least 24 hours before the event.

Kindly bring original RTW documents to the event. The event will provide an opportunity to meet the UWE cleaning team. Receive assistance with the application process on the day, receive interview on the day, ask any questions, refreshments will be provided.

You will have experience of cleaning, be proud of the contribution you make to a positive University environment and have good customer care skills.
