Job Title: Cleaning Team Leader

Salary: £31,574.40 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday day shift (23:00 - 07:00)

Location: GSK, 45 Priory Street, Ware, Hertfordshire, England, SG12 0DJ

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team across Mitie client sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to the required service standards.
• Ensure staff understand and work to task schedules while following health and safety procedures.
• Provide technical training as required and distribute uniforms.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, use of materials, and stock levels; order supplies as necessary.
• Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate.
