Were looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaning Team Leader to oversee our cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and excellent customer service. The ideal team leader will have strong leadership skills, previous cleaning experience and the ability to communicate effectively with team members. You will oversee a team of cleaners across a number of sites within the Winchester & Fareham areas. This is a mobile and hands on role where you will have your own sites to clean as well as supporting and monitoring your team, ensuring that all sites are cleaned to the highest standards. As a team leader, you will regularly carry out cleaning audits, provide ongoing training, and have the ability to motivate team members to deliver exceptional results. This role does involve a lot of driving between sites in the company vehicle, so youll need to be a confident driver, with a clean manual UK driving license.
Lead and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Conduct regular inspections of premises to guarantee compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
Provide training and support to team members, promoting best practices in cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Respond proactively to issues or concerns, delivering outstanding customer service.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory, and equipment usage.
Foster a positive team atmosphere by encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.
Work alongside cleaners and independently.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to address client needs effectively.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written, enabling clear communication with team members.
Ability to drive is essential for transportation between sites. A clean manual UK driving licence is required.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
A solid understanding of Health & Safety practices and a commitment to following all protocols.
Flexibility to work within the operating hours of 9am9pm, depending on business needs.
