Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive Estates team at the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group. You'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene, creating a welcoming environment for all students, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and allocate duties to cleaning staff on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Monitor attendance, arrange cover when required, and ensure consistent service delivery
  • Carry out regular audits to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Manage cleaning supplies, maintaining accurate stock levels and placing orders as needed
Requirements
  • Confident, well organised and proactive with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • COSHH awareness, or willingness to undertake
  • Health and Safety qualification, or willingness to undertake
  • First Aid at Work, or willingness to undertake
  • A good level of Maths and English
  • Experience of leading a team
