Job summary

A leading cleaning service provider in Plymouth is looking for a Cleaning Operative to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. This role involves carrying out various cleaning duties, following health and safety guidelines, and working as part of a team. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:45 to 10:45. • Ability to follow cleaning specifications to the highest standard.
• Experience in general cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, and emptying bins.
• Understanding of Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all cleaning duties in line with specifications.
• Inspect cleaning equipment regularly and request replacements.
• Monitor cleaning activities and assist team members as needed.

Role Specifications:

• All round cleaning experience

• To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.

• General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins

• Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures

• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement

• Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse

• Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.

• To work flexibly and as part of a team

Working Hours for a Cleaning Operative: 5

• Monday to Friday 09:45 - 10:45
